			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The U.S. military has launched a video-sharing website <a title="US military Video Sharing Website" href="http://www.trooptube.tv" target="_blank">TroopTube</a> for troops, their families and supporters, a year and a half after restricting access to <a title="Popular Video Sharing website" href="http://youtube.com" target="_blank">YouTube</a> and other video sites. <span id="more-256"></span>Members of the armed forces, family, Civilian Defense Department employees or supporters can register at TroopTube. Members can upload personal videos from anywhere , But a Pentagon employee screens each video and check copyright violations and national security issues.</p>
