Most of the laptop users use data cards to access Internet on the go. The service providers give us different plans. There are different plans such as unlimited, hours based and data transfer based connections. The users who have data transfer based Internet connection have to worry if they exceed their data transfer limit of the month. They have to pay extra amount for excess data transfer.

Follow this simple tricks to avoid extra bills and get more from your data plan based Internet connection.

1. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Multimedia and uncheck all options below multimedia (See Image). Apply settings. Now your IE does not load images, Flash and other multimedia content. Your browser now download almost 90% less for your computer. Follow same follow same steps in Firefox.

2. Increase your browser cache memory, the browser stores copies of webpages, images, and media for faster viewing later.

IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Browsing history settings to increase cache.

Firefox -> Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network to change cache.

3. Use Web Accelerator to speed up your browsing. Google Web Accelerator is a good choice. But Google suspended the download presently. But you can download here.

Firefox is now available in 45 languages, But its a Firefox 3 beta 5 released for preview. This beta version includes new features and Improvements to performance, memory usage and speed.

The new version is more secured, easier to use and more personal with new graphics in toolbar and address bar.

The version came with improving stability and web compatibility, providing platform and user interface enhancements, and resulting in the fastest Firefox ever. Many of these changes were based on feedback of the community for the previous beta version.

The tool bar buttons has a new graphics. looking very cool with this new buttons.

Now its easy to bookmark or subscribe to RSS feeds. You are Just one click away from them. Look at the right side of the address bar. RSS feed button and Book Mark button. Just click on them, that’s all.
