Setup Automatic Pinging in Windows Live Writer

1. Start WLW and go to Tools and then Options under Tools.

2. In the Options, you can see a list of categories at left side. In the categories select Ping Servers.

3. Under the Ping Servers at the right side check the check box Send pings to the URLs below.
