The purpose of OLW is to give a free place to save, access, and share documents and files. The registered users will get 250 MB of storage space, Which can be used to store documents and share.

Just sign up and go - The users of Office Live Workspace need a PC with a web browser and no need to install any additional software or plug ins. You can share your documents with others easily. All you need is a person’s e-mail address.

Office-Live-Workspace-logo The word ” access anywhere ” indicates you should store files first to access or to share them anywhere.OLW will also allow users to store files from other office suites.Microsoft says that OLW will integrate back into the client software, which means that users will be able to manage OLW documents from within Office itself. You can store documents directly from Word, Excel, or PowerPoint to the online storage. Microsoft supporting small business without any cost with Office Live Small Business, offering hosting, custom domain, email and many more.
