Useful keyboard short cuts when browsing

I always prefer using keyboard rather than mouse when working on my computer. It is faster and easier. I suggest everyone use keyboard as much you can. Avoid always moving your hands from keyboard to mouse. Every program in your system has a set of keyboard short cuts. Find them and use them. You will definitely feel easier and faster.

I am giving here some of the keyboard shortcuts for web browser specially FireFox, It really save you. These keyboard shortcuts also works in other browsers also.

Ctrl + N   - Open new Window                    Alt + Left Arrow  - Back

Ctrl + T   -  Open new Tab                           Alt + Right Arrow  - Forward

Ctrl + Shift + W  -  Close Window              Alt + Home  - Home

Ctrl + W  - Close Tab                                   Ctrl + D - Book Mark This Page

Ctrl + S  - Save Page as..                            Ctrl + Shift +Del - Clear Private Data

Ctrl + P - Print                                                Ctrl + K - Web Search

Ctrl + F - Find                                                 Windows Logo + M - Minimize all windows

Esc - Stop                                                      Windows Logo + Shift + M - Restore Minimized

Ctrl + R - Reload                                                                                             windows

  3. another good one is ctrl + shift + t . it opens previously closed tabs and has quite a long memory. try it.

    works in firefox and google chrome - not ie though.
