Canon announces portable mobile printer
Canon on Monday introduces a new mobile printer, PIXMA iP100. The Pixma iP100 is a lightweight and compact printer at 4.4 pounds. Measurements are 7.3 * 12.7 * 2.4 inches, that can be fit into a carry bag. It gives printing freedom with IrDA IR and optional Bluetooth.The printer goes total portability with battery model. A rechargeable battery kit supplied with printer. The battery prints approx. 290 pages on one full charge. An in-car charger kit also available.
The stylish, portable and compact design of the printer makes it a better choice for business people on the road. Its also a good choice for desktop users who loves style. The new five color ink system gives better portable print quality.
The PIXMA iP100 features a new 9600dpi FINE print head, bringing exceptional 9600 x 2400dpi photo lab print quality to the portable sector. The PIXMA iP100 has a five ink system, which includes a large Pigment black ink tank for crisp, sharp text as well as Dye black for enhanced photo quality.
With IrDA IR as standard and optional Bluetooth Unit BU-30, the PIXMA iP100 offers a simple way to transfer files and images for convenient cable-free printing.
