Google launched their 20 percent time project working version Google Similar Images. Some times it is very difficult to find the right image using Image Search tool if you can’t describe it in words.

The new Similar Images feature will help you to over come this. With this feature you can now find images similar to existing result by just clicking on ‘similar images‘ link. Google Similar Images allows you to search for images using pictures rather than words.

For example just search for ‘’ nano “ and check for “Similar Images”. The Image Search result “nano” shown in the graphic below. It shows two different type of results. One is TATA nano car and Other is Apple iPod nano.

If you click on Similar Images link on bottom of the nano car, you will get only nano car similar images in the result. Its shown in the graphic below.

And if you click on Similar Images link on bottom of iPod nano, you will get only iPod nano similar images in the result.
