Google Applications are now out of beta. From very long time Google Applications has worn beta tag, For example Gmail has worn beta tag more than 5 five years. Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Talk both enterprise and consumer versions are now out of beta.

Google thinks that beta tag is just doesn’t fit for large enterprises that aren’t keen to run their business on software that sounds like it’s still in the trial phase and said they focused their efforts on reaching their high bar to take products out of beta. And now all the apps in Apps suite met the mark to be out of beta. So, Google removed beta tag.

Even though the beta tag is removed  the innovation will continue to bring more features to users. Today Google also announced some applications that useful to large enterprises, such as mail delegation, mail retention and ongoing enhancements to Apps reliability.

Don’t want to get out of beta

If you still want to see BETA tag, Just go to Settings, click on Labs, turn on "Back to Beta," and it’ll be like Gmail never left beta at all.
