Is Google using an Invalid Security Certificate?
When I am trying to login to my Google Adsense account , My Firefox browser said ” google.com uses an invalid security certificate”. I wondered.
In the address bar I typed google.com/adsense. For this domain Firefox 3.0.1 said, The certificate is only valid for www.google.com. Its working fine with Internet Explorer. Then I tried www.google.com/adsense in Firefox, Its working fine. Then google.com and google.com/analytics are working fine.
I do not know what is the problem. In the bottom of the error message in Firefox, I clicked on you can add an exception. Then Add exception, In new window, clicked Get Certificate.
Then I stopped. Do you know why it is happening?
Check your PC’s system date and time. Most likely it is not set correct. The moment you set it right (make it current), problem should disappear.
